No surprises, start to finish
The same four steps for a two-day repaint and a six-week kitchen.
Walk-through
We come to the house, look at the space with you, measure, and listen. Bring the list of what bothers you about the room, including the things you have given up on.
Estimate in writing
Scope, materials and price on paper before anything starts. If the plan changes, the paper changes first, with your sign-off. Validity and any deposit are stated on the estimate itself.
The work
Floors and furniture covered, tools packed up and dust cleared every day. One person you can call, the same one who quoted the job. Start dates and durations are set in the estimate.
Walk-through, again
We go over every surface with you before we call it done, and fix anything that is not right.
